How do I login to My Account to see my orders?

If you place an order on our website, login with your email and username at https://cart.press.princeton.edu/customer/account/login/

If this is your first-time ordering, click the Create Account button to set up your account.


How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account at https://cart.press.princeton.edu/customer/account/login/.
Once logged in, choose My Account, then My Orders. Select your order and choose View Order. If you order a print book, the shipping information will be included on this page once it becomes available. It will also be emailed to you along with an order confirmation.


Who is listed as the merchant on my bank statement?

Glassboxx will be listed on your bank statement. Glassboxx represents our ecommerce merchant of record. If the bank allows, PUP or Princeton University Press may also be included.

Ordering

Why do I have to choose my Ship-To country?

Currently, our website requires you to select your ship-to country as the first step so that the corresponding shopping cart is displayed. We are working toward a solution to bypass this step.


How do I see my shipping options when I place an order?

During checkout, choose Estimate Shipping and Tax then enter your country, state and zip code to see shipping options available and to get a shipping estimate.


How do I ship a book to another country?

During the checkout process, on page 2, you will enter your shipping address. Choose Continue to Billing where you can enter an alternate address.


How do I enter a discount code in the shopping cart?

During  checkout, choose Apply Discount under Summary. Enter discount code and choose Apply Discount. Your total will be updated.


Why is my code not working in the shopping cart?

Qualified items must be in your cart for valid codes to work. Only one code may be applied at a time.


How do I buy multiple formats of a book?

Add each edition of a work to your shopping cart separately. Click Continue Shopping inside the cart or choose your back button on your browser to return to the book page.


How do I track my order?

Glassboxx will email you a tracking number once received from the carrier. You can access your shipping information by logging into your account.


My order is stuck at customs. What do I do?

Please contact the carrier first. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact PUPhelp@glassboxx.com.

We are not responsible for any late delivery of books shipped from one of our fulfillment centers or for the cost of shipping.

Customers are responsible and required to pay for any duties, tariffs, VAT, or taxes on any goods ordered from our website and received from our warehouse.

I am a new email subscriber but have not yet received my welcome message. What do I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. Allow 24 hours from when you signed up. If you have not yet received it you may contact Colleen_Suljic@glassboxx.com.


How do I subscribe to your new books mailing lists?
